These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and BMM88 ("BMM88", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the BMM88 website located at https://bmm88.lat and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the Platform.

BMM88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under international licensing, offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and sports wagering services to eligible users. The Platform is designed and operated primarily for the entertainment of adult Malaysian users and other eligible international users aged 21 years and above.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By completing the registration process on the Platform, accessing any feature of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments thereto;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the BMM88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (an individual human being) — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of BMM88 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by BMM88 for breach of these Terms;
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gambling activities.

BMM88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility condition has not been met or has ceased to be met.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy at all times.

The following information is required at registration and/or during the KYC process:

• Valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad / NRIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document, upon request;
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes.

BMM88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been undertaken by you, and you will be bound by all resulting obligations.

You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password for your BMM88 Account that is not used for any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Notify BMM88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not access your Account from shared, public, or unsecured network connections where possible.

BMM88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice.

All deposits to BMM88 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BMM88 currently supports the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable processing limits:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect;
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) — subject to applicable network fees and confirmation times.

Standard minimum deposit is RM30 and maximum is RM30,000 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. BMM88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

BMM88 reserves the right to reject any deposit transaction, return funds to the originating payment method, and suspend an Account pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals from a BMM88 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account holder's available withdrawable balance;
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or restrictions;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions; DuitNow — within 30 minutes; bank transfers — up to 24 hours; cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

BMM88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing large withdrawals or where the source of winnings appears unusual. Processing may be temporarily paused during such review without constituting a breach of these Terms.

BMM88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP programme rewards, and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered users only and may not be combined with other active promotions unless expressly stated;
• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds credited to a separate promotional balance within your Account;
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies;
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games, live dealer, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the promotional period;
• Only one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible to claim any promotion;
• BMM88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit promotions through bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using platform bonuses, or collusive play, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potentially permanent Account closure.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the BMM88 platform:

• All bets are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. Once confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances where BMM88 explicitly permits cancellation;
• BMM88 reserves the right to void any bet where there has been a manifest error in the odds, game outcome, or result data — including but not limited to pricing errors, incorrect team names, or corrupted event data;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records maintained by BMM88's servers shall be treated as conclusive unless a clear and demonstrable system error can be established;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and will be displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by event, market type, and Account tier;
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event are void unless the relevant market is specifically designated as an in-play or live betting market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BMM88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or accessing more than one Account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies or promotional offers in bad faith;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's underlying software, database, or security systems;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.

BMM88 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all funds held in such Account (including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances), and to pursue civil and/or criminal legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BMM88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can be harmful for a minority of individuals who develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect or increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a set duration;
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary suspension (cooling-off) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net win/loss position.

All content on the BMM88 Platform — including but not limited to the BMM88 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of BMM88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without BMM88's prior written consent;
• Use any BMM88 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or technology.

Any unauthorised use of BMM88's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BMM88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds, profits, or business resulting from betting decisions, game outcomes, or platform downtime;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, or odds data displayed on the Platform.

In all cases where BMM88's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BMM88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following:

Closure by You: You may request account closure by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved, any withdrawable balance processed, and any open bets settled. We will process a final withdrawal of your available balance within a reasonable period.

Closure by BMM88: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Material breach of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring us to do so.

Upon termination for cause attributable to a breach by you, BMM88 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BMM88 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact BMM88's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through our standard support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of notification, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Pending resolution, you agree not to initiate any payment chargeback or payment reversal proceedings without first allowing BMM88 the opportunity to investigate and respond.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect proprietary rights or prevent imminent harm.

BMM88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notification through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform homepage, an in-platform notification upon login, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact us to close your Account.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates that may affect your rights and obligations.
